The Committee of the association of Merchants and Manufacturers at Huddersfield, have voted their thanks to Mr. Cartwright, for his intrepid and gallant conduct in the
defence of his Mill at Rawfolds, by which he has rendered the most essential service to his country. The Committee have also presented Fifty Guineas to the men, under the command of Mr. Cartwright,
for having so bravely and steadily performed their duty in this trying occasion.
